Massage Policy Agreement: I have read and agree to the Massage Policy available at AWE Chiropractic Massage Policy.
Validity Period: This package includes (4) 1-hour massages, which must be used within 1 year from the date of purchase. After this period, unused massages will expire.
Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy: I understand that a minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for any cancellation or rescheduling of appointments. Failure to provide timely notice will result in the loss of the scheduled massage session (60 minutes) without refund or rescheduling.
