Welcome to The Loving Aether's scheduling page! Click which type of session you are looking to book and the time that works best for you. All sessions and packages need to be pre-paid by e-transfer to janette@thelovingaether.ca before you have your session, to officially reserve your spot.

Wednesday to Friday appointments are available between 10am-4pm, and Saturday's only have availability at 10am and 12pm if it's a regular hour session. In-person and virtual appointments have the same availability schedule.

Cancellation Policy: You can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours prior to your session. There are no refunds within that 24 hour window before your session. Since all payments are through e-transfer, if you do cancel you won't see your money returned immediately. It will be in the next available moment that I have to e-transfer the money back to you with the email that I have on file. So, it is preferred that you reschedule rather than cancel.
