Terms & Conditions

Amanda Cairns Kids Coach & Counsellor.

I only offer a limited number of private 1:1 sessions a week to ensure my service is always the highest of quality.

Sessions / Payment:

1. If a session is booked, parents need to email with an update before the session.

The client is expected to attend all scheduled appointments unless you are:-

· Too ill to attend - however I will need a minimum of 8 hours notice

2. Late Arrival : A commitment to prioritise and attend sessions is required. This means protecting the time you have identified to commit to. It will not be possible to extend the length of your session if you arrive late.

3. Cancellations: Please give at least 8 hours notice if you cannot attend a session. Sessions cancelled less than 8 hours in advance will still be charged.

4. No shows : Missed or no show sessions will still be charged at the full rate of the session.

5. Payment : If a session has been paid for in advance and the session has been missed then a refund will not be given.

6. If I need to rearrange an appointmnet i will always email you from kidscoach@hotmail.com

Remote Sessions: �

All remote sessions will take place on Zoom, as it is the most secure platform that is available for free at the moment. If you would prefer telephone counselling instead then please do let me know when booking.
