SERVICES

The terms and conditions set out below apply to 5 or 10 session packages for Mixed Modality or Reiki sessions (“the sessions”), offered by Santīre Ltd. By purchasing this package, you (the “Client”) signify your acceptance of and obligation to these terms and conditions (the “Agreement”). Please read them carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under law and set out the terms under which we at Santīre provide services to you, as purchaser of the sessions. These terms are subject to any rights you have under consumer law to which we are bound to and which cannot be waived.

PAYMENT TERMS

The fees for all services or packages are charged in advance. VAT is not charged and there are no additional expenses. This is a one-off payment, and all purchases are final. (Please see below for details about refunds).

EXPIRY

You agree that when purchasing this package all individual sessions must be booked within the stipulated time periods. 5 session packages must be used within 6 months. 10 session packages must be used within 12 months. Any sessions that have not been booked within this time will be forfeited.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY

I, the Client, agree that my participation in any session is entirely voluntary and that I assume any risk associated with participation. Any actions or lack of actions, taken by me, the Client, of such advice is done so solely by choice and responsibility, and any harm, injury or loss that may occur to me or my property as a result of my participation in the sessions, is neither the responsibility nor liability of Santīre.

LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

I, the Client, hereby acknowledge and understand that sessions incorporate techniques used for stress reduction and relaxation and are experiential in nature. These sessions are for personal enquiry and self-exploration that should not be entered into lightly. Your participation in sessions is your acceptance that we do not provide any type of psychological, therapeutic support or other medical or health professional advice. You are fully responsible for your own wellbeing, choices and actions. Whilst many clients experience deep relaxation, stress & pain relief, and personal transformation as a result of our services, we offer no guarantees. Each person is different and results may vary. I understand that Santīre does not diagnose conditions, nor do they prescribe or perform medical treatment, prescribe substances, nor interfere with the treatment of a licenced medical professional. I understand that sessions do not take the place of medical care. It is recommended that I see a licenced physician or licenced healthcare professional for any physical or psychological ailment I may have.

CONFIDENTIALITY

No information about any Client will be discussed or shared with any third party without written consent of the Client or parent/guardian if the Client is under 18, or the Client’s legal representative, unless it is required by due process of the law. In other words, without written consent Santīre will not disclose your name, personally identifiable information, or details of your participation in the sessions unless; 1. An indication of intent to harm self or others. 2. Any information regarding child abuse. 3. A court order requiring the release of information.

COMMUNICATIONS

Communication with clients will be via email or telephone unless otherwise agreed in advance. Electronic communications are not totally secure, and we cannot be held responsible for damage or loss caused by viruses.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

We retain all copyright in any document prepared in the course of carrying out any services on your behalf. Should you wish to use the document for additional purposes a licence fee can be agreed.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

By purchasing this package, you acknowledge there are no refunds, transfers, or cancellations.Santīre’s individual session cancellation and rescheduling policies apply. Canceling any individual sessions will result in the loss of the total fee. However, you can reschedule your session online or by emailing connect@santire.org if done more than 24 hours in advance.

REFUSAL OF SERVICE POLICY

You acknowledge that Santīre has the right to refuse service based on discretion, but also for health, safety, or other similar reasons, such as behaviour deemed offensive or inappropriate, by disrupting Santīre’s business operations, or causing injury.

GENERAL

These Terms are governed by English law. The Courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter and proceedings arising out of your purchase of the class.

AGREEMENT

By making payment, you agree to these terms and conditions. You, the Client, hereby certify that you have read and consent to all the terms detailed in this Agreement.
