In-Home & In-Studio Massage Terms & Conditions:

*24 hours notice is required for cancellation.

*Client no-shows will be charged the full rate of the massage service.

*Late cancellations (less than 24 hours prior to appointment) will be billed at 60% of the massage rate.

Membership Details & Restrictions:

*Membership plans require a minimum of 4 months.

*Unredeemed pre-paid massages will roll over each month until they are used.

*Membership plan rates may increase at any time, but your rate is locked in for the life of your membership.

*At client request, plans may be put on hold twice during the lifetime of the membership. Holds may be up to 3 months.

*Additional discounts and promotions may not be combined with your reduced member rate.

*Membership plans are provided at a significantly reduced rate and are therefore are non-transferable but may be shared with family and friends.

*Client no-shows or late cancellations (less than 24 hours prior to appointment) will be billed at the member rate or charged $50 and your massage will be put back on your account for use at a later time.

*30 Days notice is required to cancel any membership plan.
