Schedule: The client is responsible for booking their own sessions ahead of time to reserve their desired times. While we try our best to keep the same provider for each of your sessions, this program does not guarantee your session with any one particular provider.
Cancellation policy: Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, requiring schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice.
Our Policy:
Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 100% of the reserved services. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you. We require a credit card to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file. In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services.

Declined payment: In the event that the card on file is declined, The Run RX, inc will get in touch with client via phone and/or email, and payment will be promptly due within 24 hours of contact, or The Run RX reserves the right to discontinue the client enrollment in the program.
Memberships
Vacations / holidays: Our membership includes consistent 1 or 2 sessions per week, completed in person or virtually. We recommend that when you are away, you stay consistent by utilizing the virtual option for your weekly session. In the event that you are unable to complete your weekly session virtually, we cannot guarantee or promise additional space in the schedule to complete that session outside of your weekly commitment. In the event of a shortened week due to holidays or extenuating circumstances when our office is closed we will allow you to reschedule your weekly session at a later date.
Extension of contract: At the conclusion of the initial contract, Client has the opportunity to evaluate results and experiences. If at this time Client wishes to extend their time with The Run RX, a separate session will be conducted so that both parties can make a fully informed decision as to how to best move forward.
Commitment/Refunds: Memberships require a 3 month commitment to be paid on a monthly basis. We offer a two week "trial" period in which you can discontinue enrollment in your respective program without question. In this case, you will be refunded the second half of your first month's payment, and relived of any further commitment. Beyond the two week trial period, if client must end agreement before the effective end date we cannot guarantee relief from the full financial commitment of the program. The client must provide written notice to their provider, and we maintain the right to review these situations on a case by case basis.
Packages
Visits built into each package have varying expiration dates as listed on their description and program description page. This is similarly intended to create consistency of visits as we are working toward a specific goal for the best results but gives some flexibility on using visits 1-2x/wk or skipping an occasional week due to vacation or personal reasons.
