For individual guidance sessions/readings: Sessions are 100% refundable, with the exception of no-shows and last-minute cancellations (not due to extreme circumstances), which are not refundable. Please note that packages/gift certificates expire in 180 days.

For group classes: Please note that your registration is only refundable up until 2 weeks before the start date of the class, except for in cases of illness or extreme circumstances.

For the Intuitive Guide (Soulful Work Method) certificate program: Please note that your registration is only refundable up until 30 days before the start date of the class.
