TERMS | Gift vouchers are available for all studio treatments or for a dollar amount either online where the voucher will be delivered to your email or contact us directly to purchase via the telephone and to arrange a suitable pickup time from the studio. Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash and are valid 6 months from the date of purchase. Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced. Gift vouchers are not valid for use on public holidays, evening appointments after 6 pm and for special treatment offers or discount offers. 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment either 50% of the voucher value will be charged. Failure to turn up for a booking 100% of the voucher value will be charged. Gift vouchers cannot be re-issued to another recipient and cannot be used to purchase or put towards another gift voucher. Bookings are subject to availability.
