MEMBERSHIP

BILLING

Memberships are billed on a monthly cycle, from the date you enroll.

CANCELLATION

You may cancel your membership before the end of any billing period and you will not be charged for the following month. You will continue to receive your member benefits until the end of your billing cycle, after which they will end.

NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERRABLE

The monthly membership charge is non-refundable and non-transferrable. If you wish to cancel your membership, you may do so at any time and will not be charged for the following month.

USE OF AUDIO AND VIDEO RECORDINGS

All group drop-in classes and workshops will be recorded with audio and video. The entire video of drop-in classes will be available for playback for members-only in a password protected video library. The "speaker view" of the video will be recorded only - not any gallery view or group video. If you do not wish to appear in the recording, you may take the class and leave off your microphone.

LESSON PACKAGES

CANCELATION POLICY

24 hours notice prior to your scheduled appointment is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Less than 24 hours results in full payment for the session or forfeit of your session.

EXPIRATION DATE

This package of 4 lessons has a 2 month expiration date, starting from the first lesson date. Any sessions not redeemed during this period will be forfeited. It is highly recommended that you schedule all 4 sessions at the time of purchase to avoid missing any of your lessons.

In-Person Programs:

If you give *at least 2 weeks notice* from the start date, you will receive a full refund minus a *$50 cancellation fee.* With less than 2 weeks notice *no refund* will be given, and you will be responsible for any outstanding payments on your plan.

Online Courses: if you give *at least 1 week notice* from the start date, you will receive a full refund minus a *$50 cancellation fee.* With less than 1 week notice *no refund* will be given, and you will be responsible for any outstanding payments on your plan.

INSTRUMENTS

You must provide your own harmonium for practice. If you wish to purchase an instrument, please contact Seth for a list of recommended harmonium vendors.

USE OF AUDIO/VIDEO RECORDINGS

All of the group class Zoom sessions will be recorded by Seth. By registering for this course, you allow any audio and video from the sessions may be used as promotional material for future courses, or for use in other instructional videos or audio. Please contact Seth directly before registering if there any questions or concerns.

NON-TRANSFERRABLE

This course is non-transferrable to anyone other than the registered participant.
