Membership:

Membership is non-transferable and non-refundable.

Membership fees are subject to change with 30 days notice.

Memberships can be canceled with 30 days notice prior to your billing date.

Classes:

Classes are on a first-come, first-served basis.

Classes may be subject to change or cancellation with notice.

All participants must sign a waiver prior to participating in any class.

Facility:

All members and guests must abide by the facility rules and regulations.

Proper gym attire is required at all times.

All equipment must be used properly and put away after use.

Any damages caused to the facility or equipment will be the responsibility of the member.

Liability:

All members and guests participate at their own risk and assume full responsibility for any injuries or damages incurred.

Members and guests must inform the staff of any medical conditions or injuries prior to participating in any fitness program.

Participation in K2 Crosstraining by minors under the age of 18 is permitted only with the express consent of their parent or legal guardian.

Because of the physical demands of crosstraining participant understands that he/she must be in good physical condition to participate in the event. Participant understands that in case of injury, the only medical treatment K2 Crosstraining will provide is first aid.

Participant agrees that any pictures, audio, or visual recordings taken of him/her in connection with the seminar can be used for publication, promotion, articles,shows and advertisement without additional consent and without compensation at this time or any other time.

K2 Crosstraining and its coaches are not liable for any injury or harm sustained while participating in any activities or following any instructions provided by K2 Crosstraining or its coaches. All participants should follow instructions at their own risk.

By purchasing a membership or participating in any fitness program at K2 Crosstraining, you agree to the above terms and conditions. K2 Crosstraining reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time with 30 days notice.
