All bookings of packages are paid upon confirmation of booking unless otherwise agreed by Lizzie and the client.
Cancellations to any session will require 48 hours notice period to activate a 'change of session' situation.
All packages are non-refundable in their entirety - however, flexibility at Lizzie's discretion can make allowances for transfer of funds to other services if such an occasion arose.
If any appointment is cancelled within less than 48 hours notice the sessions allotted time will be lost and is no longer redeemable within the scheduled time for the coaching.
