Unfortunately, all packages are final sale and their expiration cannot be extended (unless you can provide a veterinary certificate).

Note that Memberships can be paused only with valid proof and are subject to approval.

Once you have purchased your favourite package/membership, you can book your first appointment online with the code received or your email address.

Repeat the process for the remaining bookings. We will continue to match the appointments to your account until all of your visits on your Pass have been used in full.

Packages/Memberships can be used on long weekends.

To compensate for the high demand during these times a 25% surcharge will be applied after your booking.
