Our sessions begin as scheduled on the hour, so please arrive 15 minutes BEFORE your scheduled session to complete paperwork, use the restroom if needed and put your shoes, cell phones and other belongings into a locker.

Plan to wear comfortable clothing. Before your session, you will remove your shoes and be given booties to wear into the salt cave. Phones, electronics, food, gum, candy, and drinks are not allowed in the salt cave. We will provide you with a locker to securely store your items during the session. Feel free to rest your eyes, meditate, take a nap, read a book, and of course...just breathe!

The Salt Cave at the Cabin fits up to 6 guests. The salt cave is open to the community by reservation, so there is a chance you may be alongside other people during your session. You may book a private salt cave session by booking 6 guests for one appointment time. Simply change the quantity to "6" under Salt Cave Session before selecting your time.
