I agree to pay in full at the time of booking my appointment. I understand that when booking an appointment time is being reserved solely for me and that if I am not able to keep this appointment, it is my responsibility to give reasonable notice.

I agree to give 48-Hour notice, if I choose to reschedule or cancel an appointment for any reason other than a family emergency or sudden illness, or if I cancel without 48-hour notice or do not show up to my appointment I agree to pay the full cost of the session.

If I do not show up for my appointment without giving any notice, I understand that I will be charged for the full cost of the session, and I may not be offered the opportunity to rebook depending on the circumstances.

I understand that there are no refunds, other than in special extenuating circumstances, that will be held at the discretion of Tia Marie Chevalier of Still Point Wellness Inc.

I understand that if I arrive late to my appointment, that it is my responsibility to notify Tia Marie that I will be late, and no additional time will be added onto my appointment to make up for the time I missed. If I arrive over 20 minutes late, I understand that Tia Marie Chevalier of Still Point Wellness Inc. reserves the right to refuse to continue with the appointment, and it will be considered a no-show.
