This electronic gift card (“e-gift card”) can only be used for bookings on LondonTheatreRunway.com. It’s not re-loadable, and once it’s purchased, we can’t top up the balance or give you a part refund if you change your mind.
The gift card must be used at the time of booking a workshop or session on the LTR website. It cannot be added to an existing booking or used for any other purpose.
You can use the e-gift card for full or part-payment towards any workshops or sessions sold on LondonTheatreRunway.com whilst the e-gift card is valid.
The e-gift card is valid for a period of 365 days from the date it was purchased. You will not be able to use your e-gift card after that date and any unused balance on the card will be lost.
Gift card purchases may not be eligible for additional promotions, discounts, or offers unless explicitly specified.
If you don’t redeem the entire value of the e-gift card in a transaction, the balance will remain on your e-gift card until it is used again or until it expires. We won’t give change, nor will we exchange the balance for cash.
LTR is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. Treat your gift card like cash, and protect it accordingly. Once issued, LTR is not liable for any unauthorized use of the gift card.
E-gift cards are issued by London Theatre Runway Limited, Company number 12594860, whose registered office is at Astoria House, 62 Shaftesbury Avenue, London, England, W1D 6LT.
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time, including but not limited to changes in expiration dates, usage restrictions, and other policies related to gift card usage.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
