By engaging in our package or gift certificate, you agree to the following terms:

Duration and Expiry:
- Valid for one year from the date of purchase.
- Gift certificates can be applied to any of our services available.
- All sessions must be scheduled and completed within this one-year period.
- Any unused sessions after the expiration date will be forfeited, and no refunds or extensions will be provided.
Scheduling and Availability:
- Appointments are subject to availability, and it is the responsibility of the client to schedule sessions in a timely manner.
- Sessions must be booked in advance and are subject to our availability.
Cancellation and Rescheduling:
- A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for session cancellations or rescheduling.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the deduction of a session from the package.
Payment and Refund Policy:
- Packages / gift certificates are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Payment must be made in full before the first session.
Health and Medical Information:
- Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete health information.
- Any changes in health status or relevant medical conditions must be communicated prior to each session.
