In consideration for the acceptance of the Central MN Elite Wrestling, I agree to be legally bound herewith for myself, my heirs, executors, and administrator's, or assigns, and do herewith waive and release Central MN Elite Wrestling, and their agents, representative committees, and members from any and all claims to rights to damages for injuries and/or losses suffered by me and whether by training, attendance in or traveling to or from the Central MN Elite Wrestling facility, and further state that I have adequate health and accident insurance to cover any injuries or sickness incurred during any practice at Central MN Elite Wrestling.

Media Release:

Participant gives permission for participant/minor (mentioned above) to be photographed and video or audio recorded and gives CMEW permission to use, reproduce, and/or publish photographs, video recordings or other recordings that may include or pertain to the member or minor’s images. Participant understands that this material may be used in various CMEW publications, social media pages, and internet web page. This authorization is continuous and may be removed by the participant or legal guardian with a written letter.

Cancellation Policy:

I understand and agree to give a 30-day written notice to cancel my membership with Central MN Elite Wrestling by emailing centralmn.elitewrestling@gmail.com
