TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, including the policies referenced in these Terms

TRAINING METHODS:

Roman's Holistic Dog Training, LLC use only Force, Pain, and Stress free methods (based on latest scientific evidence)
our behavior modification approach is Secure Attachment Based, we do not recommend intimidation, averse tools such as ( prong-, electronic-, and choke-collars, ultrasonic devices, shaker-can or spray-bottles)

PAYMENTS:

Individual payment plans are available upon request additional for additional $15 processing fee

REFUND:
Generally, online training bundles orders are NOT eligible for refund, cancellation or transfer to a Seminar training course. We MAY approve a refund/transfer request provided the client meets the following requirements:. The client MUST notify us of their desire to transfer or cancel IN WRITING within 24-hours of placing the online order. Requests MUST be sent via email to roman@holisticdogtraining.org

CONFIDENTIALITY:

Confidentiality: All conversations and personal information between clients and Roman's Holistic Dog Training, LLC shall be held in confidence.

Roman's Holistic Dog Training, LLC does not share mailing lists or any other client information with anyone.

When participating in a coaching conference call, webinar, seminar, workshop, blog, or other group activity, client must keep all personal details about other participants confidential.

If client wants a veterinarian, therapist, trainer or any other person to interact with Roman's Holistic Dog Training, LLC , written permission is required. Client's confidential information is taken seriously.

If Roman's Holistic Dog Training, LLC interacts with other people on client's behalf (therapists, significant others, etc.), this time is logged and deducted from coaching time allotted ( in 20 minutes intervals @ $60 per interval) .

Client agrees to also keep Roman's Holistic Dog Training, LLC coaching material confidential.

Any and all written material, including written material in electronic format, including, but not limited to, handouts, questionnaires, e-books, etc. is the copyrighted property of Roman's Holistic Dog Training, LLC or as stated on the documents. Title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the copyrighted material shall remain the property of Roman's Holistic Dog Training, LLC . Such material is protected by the copyright laws of the United States and international copyright treaties. You may not reproduce or share any written material that you receive without Roman's Holistic Dog Training, LLC express written permission.

Any and all recorded material and media such as video products, mp4s, etc. is the copyrighted property of Roman's Holistic Dog Training, LLC . Title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the copyrighted material shall remain the property of Roman's Holistic Dog Training, LLC . Such material is protected by the copyright laws of the United States and international copyright treaties. This is a Dog training coaching, to be used to help you to modify certain patterns that have been unsuccessful for you and your dog/s in the past. It is not people-psychotherapy, people-psychological counseling, or any type of therapy; nor is it a substitute for these services.

Roman Gottfried and Roman's Holistic Dog Training, LLC protect the confidentiality of the communications with clients.

You agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information communicated to you by other coaching clients and by your coach.

For coaching phone calls, webinars and online classes, Roman's Holistic Dog Training, LLC is responsible for the cost of the teleconference line and webinar platform. Each client must bear his or her own telephone expense in order to call into the conference line. The client also agrees NOT to give the Roman's Holistic Dog Training, LLC access numbers or other course information to anyone not enrolled in said course.

Copies of recorded video consultation can be purchased for recommended price when the client schedules the session.

UNUSED TRAINING SESSIONS

Remaining sessions of the in home training bundle will be automatically transformed into online training consultations if not used in less than 60 days from their purchase. Training bundles or programs ( other than Premium) expire 90 days after purchase

GUARANTEES

Roman's Holistic Dog Training, LLC coaching programs are designed to help you reach your dog’s full potential.. Individual results may vary.

Training bundle: If both Parties are not satisfied of the way the initial training session ( In-person or online) works, client can request for a full refund in written up to 3 days after the date of the Initial appointment. (travel expenses are not refundable)

No refund for healing sessions.

If either party wishes to cancel the coaching Agreement, a three-day written notice by registered mail will be required. In the event of cancellation, all monies outstanding shall be due and must be remitted at the end of the notice period. No refund will be issued for discounted 5 training packages.

INDIVIDUAL COACHING PROGRAM REFUND and CANCELLATION POLICY Due to Death or illness of Dog in training:

Mentoring/Coaching packages are charged at a discounted hourly rate. If at any point coaching is discontinued, client's refund will be calculated as follows: The hours that client has used will be charged at the a la carte rate of $120/hr. Roman's Holistic Dog Training, LLC logs hours when they are used.

USER GUIDE:

How Roman's Holistic Dog Training, LLC coaching package works:

The initial scheduled appointment ( or C-HBA) will be at least forty-five (45) or (60) minutes. It will consist of assessing the client's situation and setting long and short-term goals, creating a working plan, and give instructions to manage the dog's behavior as agreed in the

Coaching is delivered either in person at clients agreed location, or virtually, via voice call, video conference, email, or text.

Both parties agree not to multi-task during phone coaching.

Training sessions from training bundles must be booked in 7-10 Days intervals and in less than 60 Days from purchase.

Communication is essential to successful training.
Client should notify for any changes in behavior, for changes in health please contact your veterinarian first and then Roman's Holistic Dog Training, LLC, as this can become a safety issue.

Cancellations of appointments

Roman’s Holistic Dog Training, LLC has a 24 hour cancellation / rescheduling policy.

If you miss your appointment, cancel or change your appointment with less than 12 hours notice, you will be charged the full price. If you cancel or change your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged 50% of the value of your appointment or it will be transmuted to a 20 minute "quick online session" upon request

This policy is in place out of respect for our dogs, therapy dogs and our clients who are on our waiting list. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are difficult to fill.

By giving last-minute notice or no notice at all, you prevent someone else from being able to schedule into that time slot.

By scheduling your appointment, you acknowledge that you have read and understand the Cancellation Policy for Romans’s Holistic Dog Training , LLC as described above.

Stay connected

Coaching involves helping clients modify patterns that are not working for them in order to help them become more successful in attaining their goals. Client is solely responsible for fully utilizing his/her coaching and staying in touch via phone and email.

The ensure the successful behavior transformation sessions should be booked every 5-7 days but not more than 10 days apart.

Coaching is a two-way communication that involves client participation and commitment.

The best method of communication is by email. Documents and Videos can be uploaded to the clients dedicated online homework folder.

Romans holistic dog training shall not be held responsible for spelling mistakes or typing errors to any documents.

Signatures are needed to start a contract; however, email or other electronic exchanges are legally binding.

Homework

Clients receive weekly assignments to help attain goals. Client is responsible for emailing or uploading the assignments into their dedicated homework folder. If the assignment is too difficult, so it can be modified. Coaching works best when small successes are attained towards your goal each week.

Each coaching session is designed to build upon the last one.

Romans Holistic Dog Training coach's job is to support clients as they work to attain goals.

Client must set aside sufficient (10-20 mins a day) dedicated time to train his pet/s. It is the client's sole responsibility to stick to the program, fill out the progress form, do his assigned homework with his pet and keep appointments.

Training coaching includes, among other things, educate about Nutrition, exercise, Animal care, learning to be a responsible care provider, and how to keep a healthy and balanced Human/Animal relationship. This includes pointing out systemic issues, health concerns, Nutritional advice.

Enforcement

Governing Law: This Declaration and any of its terms or provisions, as well as the rights and duties of the parties under this Declaration, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon.]

Attorney's Fees: If any action at law or in equity, or an arbitration proceeding, including an action for declaratory relief, is brought to enforce or interpret the provisions of this Declaration, the prevailing party will be entitled to reasonable attorneys' fees, which may be set by the court in the same action or in a separate action brought for that purpose, in addition to any other relief to which that Party may be entitled.

Arbitration

All disputes related to this Declaration shall be arbitrated under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, before a single arbiter. The decision of the arbiter shall be final, and may be entered by a Court of competent jurisdiction as final judgment. Any arbitration will be held in Eugene Oregon.

Waiver

No waiver of any breach of any provision of this Declaration will constitute a waiver of any prior, concurrent or subsequent breach and no waiver will be effective unless made in writing.

IMPORTANT

The information contained in or made available through “Romans holistic dog Training” services or products cannot and is not intended to replace or substitute for the services of a trained professionals in any field, including, but not limited to, veterinarian, psychological, financial, medical, or legal matters. In particular, you should regularly consult a Veterinarian in all matters relating to your dog's physical or mental health, particularly concerning any symptoms that may require diagnosis or medical attention.

Roman's Holistic Dog Training, LLC, and our licensors or suppliers make no representations or warranties concerning any treatment, action, or application of medication or preparation by any person following the information offered or provided herein. Neither Roman Gottfried nor our associates, or any of their affiliates, will be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, special, exemplary or other damages that may result, including but not limited to economic loss, injury, illness or death.
