GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONSYass Hot Yoga will make every possible effort to deliver sessions and services on time as advertised. However, there may be times when a scheduled session is unable to be delivered. There may be times throughout the year that Yass Hot Yoga will temporarily close, for example for training, workshops, studio maintenance, retreats and holidays. Memberships will be paused during this time if it is for more than four days and students will be notified of these closures by our website, social media or by email.
Yass Hot Yoga is not liable to refund, transfer or offer compensation of any kind for sessions that are late, changed or cancelled for any reason, or in the event that you are unable to attend a session or because it is full.
Yass Hot Yoga will not be responsible for the safekeeping of clients’ belongings while they are at the studio.
All purchases are final and Yass Hot Yoga does not offer refunds on services or products for change of mind or any other reason.
All passes and memberships are non-transferable and may not be shared, unless written permission is provided by Yass Hot Yoga.
Yass Hot Yoga has the right to refuse any person/s subject to the sole discretion of management (acting reasonably).
In the event that you behave in an inappropriate manner within the studio premises, have the right to cancel your membership (acting reasonably), with a non-refundable policy.
Yass Hot Yoga may take a video or photo to use for promotion purposes from time to time.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We are implementing a straightforward cancellation policy to be upfront about all the costs you may face when engaging our services. It explains the process for requesting a cancellation and the fees applicable.
We understand situations can arise in which you may need to cancel your booking. You may cancel via the booking system on our website or the link from your session confirmation email. Yass Hot Yoga will not accept cancellations by phone, e-mail or any other method other than by using the online booking system.
We require a minimum of 1 hours’ notice for cancellation. If no prior notice or the notice given is not provided within the minimum notice period, you will be charged a cancellation fee (see below) for the missed appointment. The cancellation fee is forfeiting the cost you paid to attend the session. Please do not attend a session if you are experiencing cold or flu symptoms, are unwell, or may have Covid-19.
If you are late, you may miss your session. Please arrive 5 minutes early to avoid disappointment.
If the notice of cancellation is given 1 hour's notice before the scheduled appointment, Yass Hot Yoga will allow your to reschedule or re-credit that session for you to attend another session.
MEMBERSHIP TERMS
No refunds, transfers, suspensions, or extensions are offered on unused portions of memberships or due to change of mind or any other reason. Memberships can be cancelled in writing with 1 weeks' notice to the studio email address admin@laurenhendriks.com. You are responsible for any cost involved with pursuing nay debt on your contract, including dis-honour fees from failed payments. You are responsible for contacting the studio in writing with 7 days to notice if you wish to stop, cancel, alter or defer any of the debit arrangements. If a debit is returned by your financial institution, a failed payment fee may be payable. A 7-day cooling off period will apply to memberships.
Only one Introductory Offer may be used per student.
