If the session is beyond 20 miles of Old Town Fort Collins pleas add a fuel surcharge per session (find this in Add ons).

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will not be refunded.

Training sessions are most effective when they are done every week - this sets you and your dog up for success. See package details for expiration details. Any sessions unused after the expiration date will not be refunded.

If schools are closed due to bad weather, in-person sessions will either be converted to Zoom sessions or re-scheduled.

In case of positive COVID test results or other illness by trainer or client the session will be converted to a Zoom session or re-scheduled.

If a dog is diagnosed with kennel cough (or other contagious illness) all appointments will be converted to a Zoom session or re-scheduled for 2 weeks after symptoms have ceased.
