Thank you for choosing Seeds Membership. By becoming a member, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Membership Commitment: Your membership with Seeds is a 3-month or a month to month membership. You will be able to select from three different levels of membership, Level 1, Level 2, Level 3, or the each with its own set of benefits.
Workout Credits: Workout credits are the amount of sessions your get every month. Credits do not transfer to the next month and members are responsible for scheduling their workouts every month. The length of each workout is between 60-75 minutes long.
Initiation Fee: Each membership level requires a one-time initiation fee of $75 for Level memberships, which includes a training highlight video FOR 3-month memberships. This fee helps us cover the costs of gym rentals - or a one-time $50 fee for month to month membership, which includes 2 Seeds T-shirts. If members are transferring to a different plan, initiation fees are subject to be waived with communication before hand.
Monthly Dues: Members agree to pay their monthly dues on the same day of each month as the day they signed up. Payment will be automatically drafted from the payment method on file.
Membership Renewal: Clients are responsible for deciding if they want to continue within the program for the next month. No explanation is required, clients are welcomed back to the program, but may be responsible for the initiation depending how long its been out of the program.
Cancellation Policy: Members may cancel their membership at any time prior to their next billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for the current month's dues or initiation fee.
Semi-Private Workouts: Level 1 and Level 2 memberships provide 6 semi-private workouts each month and unlimited semi-private workouts each month, respectively.
Private Workouts: Level 3 (Off-Season) membership provides 5 private workouts in addition to unlimited semi-private workouts each month.
Liability Release: Members must sign a liability release form before participating in any workouts.
