Terms for Gift Certificate and Package Purchases:

By purchasing a gift certificate, a package of doula support, a Newborn Feeding package, or class offerings, you understand that:

No refunds are available once your order has been confirmed, nor is a gift certificate or package redeemable for cash.
PLEASE INCLUDE RECIPIENT'S NAME AND EMAIL ADDRESS IN THE "NOTES TO BUSINESS" FORM ABOVE, otherwise we cannot ensure recipient will receive their gift.
Birth and Postpartum support is limited to doula availability. While we will do our best to accommodate your estimated due date/preferred schedule, Emerald Doulas cannot guarantee availability for packages/gift certificates purchased prior to a signed contract. Please contact us at info@emeralddoulas.com to inquire about availability
Gift Certificates can be applied toward any service or class offered at Emerald Doulas.
Gift Certificates are not transferable to anyone other than the person for whom it was originally purchased.
Gift Certificates and Postpartum Doula hours expire, without refund or transfer, 3 months from the baby's date of birth.
Postpartum doula support scheduled on a holiday will incur an additional $10.00 per hour fee, billable to the client, with payment due within 24 hours of booking. Holidays for which the extra fee will be charged are as follows (These will begin at 12 midnight. on the holiday): New Years Eve, New Year’s Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Memorial Day Weekend (Sat. Sun, Mon.), Father’s Day. July 4th, Labor Day Weekend (Sat. Sun., Mon.), Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day
