We offer 1.5hr time slots for you to utilize the gym on your own from Monday to Friday!

Time Slots: 5:00AM, 6:30AM, 8:00AM, 9:30AM, 11:00AM, 12:30PM, 2:00PM, 3:30PM, 5:00PM, 6:30PM, 8:00PM & 9:30PM

We ask if using the gym as etiquette please hire me if wanting a personal trainer I have diploma from Mount Royal University Personal Fitness Trainer program which is a comprehensive health science education with an emphasis on treating special populations. The outcomes-based curriculum consists of academic and technical courses including practical skill development. Students are prepared for entry into professional practice by possessing the ability to apply basic assessment skills and design, implement and manage a variety of fitness programs. Graduates achieve the highest standard of training required to work as a Personal Fitness Trainer.

I also have over 30 years of personal experience in the fitness industry 20 years as fitness instructor and 10 years as gym owner & personal trainer and ongoing continued education in mind•body•spirit especially as a yoga teacher.

Discount of $150 off for gym members for personal training which is $500 for 10 sessions (to be used within year) which includes ongoing support throughout the year.
