Payment

Payment is due on or before a lesson, workshop or class. Acceptable forms of payment are debit or credit card via Square]. Cash [exact change only] is accepted for in-person packages, paid in full. Installment plans may only be paid via Square (debit or credit card).

Cancellation

Lessons missed or cancelled without 24-hours prior notice [or 48-hours for in-person appointments] must be paid in full and are not eligible for rescheduling. In the event that a lesson is cancelled by Sonia Aviva Voice, a refund will be issued within 30 days. All lessons and packages expire three months from the date of purchase and are non-refundable. Unused lessons within a package will not be eligible for rescheduling after the date of expiration.
