For Appointments & Services:

Full payment is expected at the time of service. Your credit card information is required to be on file 7 days prior to your appointment in order for your appointment to be secured and not released. Cash, checks (made payable to Full Circle Holistic), HSA cards (Health Spending Accounts), credit cards and Venmo are accepted. Dr. Cohen does not contract with or bill insurance companies directly.

Please give at least 48 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. No-shows will be charged full price for the scheduled treatment. Cancellations within 48 hours will be charged 50% of your appointment rate. Exceptions to this are made on an individual basis. Please reach out if you experience sudden illness or emergency.
