Terms for Gift Certificate and Package Purchases:

By purchasing a gift certificate or a package of doula support or class offerings, you understand that:

No refunds are available once your order has been confirmed, nor is a gift certificate or package redeemable for cash.
Gift Certificates can be applied towards any service or class offered at Emerald Doulas.
Gift Certificates are not transferable to anyone other than for whom it was originally purchased.
Gift Certificates, Class Passes, and Postpartum Doula hours expire, without refund or transfer, 6 months from the baby's date of birth.
Postpartum doula support scheduled on a holiday will incur an additional $10.00 per hour fee, billable to the client, with payment due within 24 hours of booking. Holidays in which the extra fee will be charged are as follows (These will begin at 12 midnight. on the holiday): New Years Eve, New Year’s Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Thanksgiving Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Memorial Day Weekend (Sat. Sun, Mon.), Father’s Day. July 4th, Labor Day Weekend (Sat. Sun., Mon.), Halloween
