Session Cancellation Policy:

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. There is a $50 charge for session appointments cancelled less that 24 hours in advance.

Class Registration Note:

Please note the CE hours and number of days in the description of each class. Some classes span multiple days, but only the first date will show on the registration page.

If you are looking for a particular class and do not see it on the schedule, please email learning@butterflyholistics.com to request a class.

Class Refund Policy:

All class registrations include a non-refundable deposit. Cancellations up to 2 weeks prior to the class will receive a full refund less the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations 1 to 2 weeks prior to the class will receive a refund of half the class fee, less the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations less than 1 week prior to the class will not receive a refund. If the class is cancelled, registrants will receive a full refund. Online registration closes one week prior to the class. No drop-ins will be accepted.
