Client Agreement

RATES & PAYMENT

Home organizing services start at the rate of $90 per hour with a 4-hour minimum.

If you live outside of Houston a Trip Fee will apply to each appointment that covers the extra mileage & gas that is associated with the longer drive time. A trip fee is charged per visit.

Please keep in mind that the hourly rate includes hands-on professional organization services only.

The shopping rate is equal to my hourly rate, plus mileage. No items will be purchased without prior client approval.

Scheduling

If you need to reschedule you must do so 72 hours advance notice.

Less than 72 hours' notice will be charged at cost of the appointment.

By purchasing this agreement you are agreeing to pay for the services purchased and to fulfill the financial commitment that has been made with your purchase.

ACCEPTANCE

I authorize Just Organized By Taya to share "Before and After" photos of organizing projects with prospective or current clients. While Just Organized By Taya and its owner and employees always take every precaution when handling a client’s furnishings and accessories, and while we have never broken anything in the past, it is our policy to have every client sign a Waiver of Liability. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. “I acknowledge that I understand there are some risks involved in the moving of my furniture and accessories as part of the enhancement services I have contracted Just Organized By Taya and associates to do on my behalf. I at this moment waive any and all monetary claims for damage or injury to myself of members of my family, my furniture, and my accessories, and assume all legal and financial responsibility myself for such. I shall not now nor in the future make claim against Just Organized By Taya or any of my partners, associates, helpers, or employees for any injury to persons within my home or damage or destruction of possessions or property belonging to myself or others in and on my property beyond the value of the services performed and agreed to in advance. I further warrant that I have the authority to authorize the movement of all the furniture and accessories within this home.
