Packages are available for use within 9 months of purchase. The 8 and 10-hour packages also entitle the buyer to a guaranteed $250/hour rate for a full year after the date of purchase. Refunds for unused packages can be issued within 7 days of purchase minus a 5% processing fee to cover administrative and transaction costs.
