**If you are using insurance for Acupuncture, it will need to be verified by our office before treatment. If not, we must collect our full fee for services, and you will be reimbursed once the insurance is verified.**

If you are interested in nutritional counseling, please click here to book a screening appointment with our nutritionist, Caitlin Self.

Cancellation policy:

Please allow at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Cancellations under 24 hours notice or no-shows will be charged half the price of the treatment on the first offense and the full service price for any follow-up. Any visits missed using a package of therapies will count as one session of that package.
