Subscription Services: Subscription Services are monthly contractual services and can be cancelled 30 days before the next payment draft. Each Subscription allows for a specified number of cleanings per month. Clients should refer to their individual service agreements to locate how many service appointments are allotted. Service appointments can accrue if unused; and any unused appointments will carry over monthly. Unused appointments are also transferable to friends and family members. A transfer fee of $20 will apply to each transfer. If Client transfers one of his/her accrued cleanings, the accrued cleaning will automatically convert to flat rate production hours. (i.e., if cleaners typically spend 4.0 hours in your home regardless of package, this time allotment will be converted to the transfer recipient. Recipients can determine how that time allotment is dispersed in a cleaning priority list). *Additional add-ons will be invoiced separately and must be paid at the time of service.

Gift Certificates: Gift Certificates cannot be redeemed for cash value or used to purchase additional Gift Certificates. Gift Certificates do not expire; however, A Clean Xscape LLC reserves the right to deny the use of any Gift Certificate if original codes or certificate are found to be altered or compromised. In the event of tampering, alteration or payment dispute, Gift Certificate will be voided. Gift Certificate holders and/or recipients are expressly responsible for protection of unique codes, as well as original receipt of purchase.
