Cancellation Policy
Your appointment is very important to us. It is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 12 hours notice for cancellations. Our business is appointment based. When you book an appointment, we make sure your Massage Therapist will be here ready to provide you the best services possible.
We understand that life gets busy and sometimes things come up. Please be respectful of our other clients and our Therapists time. If you are running late we will try to accommodate where possible. However, in order to be ready for the next client, your session maybe cut short. Prices will not be adjusted.
Please note:
We require that you give at least 12 hours notice for canceling an appointment. This allows time for another client to be offered your appointment time.
All appointments held by Credit Card, Prepayment and Gift Certificates are subject to the following policies:1. 12 hour or less notice will result in a charge equal to 100% of the reserved service amount.2. “NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.3. Appointments booked for the same day are considered confirmed and cannot be cancelled.
4.. If you cancel/no show your appointment and fall into the 12 hour or less cancellation policy category you will need to pay for the missed appointment before being able to make a new appointment no matter what payment method you chose.
