NOTE:-
** Credit card is required for reservation and will not be charged until after your appointment has been completed.
** First-time client must fill out the WAIVER and required forms prior to your appointment. Please read carefully for our store policies, before and after care instructions.
** Consultation is required and is usually part of the first visit. For Cosmetic Tattoo and other selct services, if you choose, an allergy test is available and can ONLY be taken at least 7 days before your scheduled treatment. If you instead elect for an allergy test on the day of your appointment, then the reschedule fee will apply and your original appointment rescheduled.
** Non-qualified candidates may request for refund before service is performed. In instances where criteria has been communicated prior to your appointment either verbaly or in print, rescheduling/cancellation fee will apply.
