TERMS AND CONDITIONS

HOUSE WASH
This offer may not be applied to existing or past estimates. Scheduling will be based on location and purchase date.
Standard House Wash Includes: washing your siding, fascia, soffits, attached first floor decks, concrete porches and steps with bleach and surfactants to wash away grime, pollen and mildew. Second story decks, screened in porches, sidewalks, driveways, patios and detached structures are quoted separately at an additional cost.
PRIOR to EYP WASH:
1. All windows and doors must be closed securely. Notify EYP of any known defective seals. 2. Remove all hanging objects such as wind chimes, hanging plants and misc. decorations to a safe area. 3. Place cloth outdoor furniture, cushions and pillows, covers and any other items that may be damaged by bleach in a safe place. 4. Remove large objects such as grills and furniture prior to our arrival or EYP will work around them. 5. Plan your time so you are available to inspect your home or building directly after the wash.
IMMEDIATELY POST WASH:
1. Check for and immediately clean up any water that may have penetrated windows and doors. 2. Check all electrical circuits to insure they are working. If not working check the GFI outlet(s) or the circuit breaker box. 3. Arrange payment with technician on site.
LIMITATIONS:
Bleach is required to sufficiently kill mold and mildew. Bleach will streak glass. EYP suggests you have your exterior glass panes cleaned after washing the exterior of your building. EYP is not responsible for streaking as a result of heavily weathered and/or oxidized surfaces such as painted siding, vinyl siding or shutters and clear coats on exterior stained surfaces. EYP is not responsible for insufficient seals around windows or doors that may allow water penetration including condensation inside double pane windows. Surrounding vegetation will be rinsed with plain water prior to and after the use of bleach but some chemical burn and/or shock may occur. Blooming flowers may shed petals due to mild shock and in some rare cases a weak plant may potentially die. Electrical outlets are sensitive to water intrusion. Power washing projects water in an un-natural direction and may cause GFI circuits to trip. Check your exterior power circuits directly after your wash. Outdoor lights and ceiling fans should be rated for outdoor use and able to withstand water intrusion from common routine maintenance such as power washing.
PAINTER FOR A DAY
Excludes all primer and paint products or drywall. Paint is to be supplied by the customer or may be provided at an additional charge. All tools & necessary supplies such as tape and caulk included. Service is for 8 hours (including 30 minutes lunch and two 15 minutes breaks) for a total of 7 hours of actual labor. Work is done under customer’s direction and customer is responsible for reviewing work. All work and touchups must be complete in the same day. Painting areas up to (18’ max height). Additional labor to be billed at $59 per hour based on painter’s discretion and availability. Payment for additional labor is due at time of service payable to Express Yourself Paint, LLC. Credit value of $299 to be applied to projects $1000 or greater in lieu of cancelation. No implied or expressed warranty with this service. Offer is not available for previously contracted work or work in progress. Limit one purchase per address. Service is available in the Triangle and immediate surrounding area only. Early release of painter prior to completing the hours or insufficient work to complete the hours will not result in a refund.

CANCELATION & RESCHEDULES
All cancelations and reschedules must be made in writing to schedule@expressyourselfpaint.com at least 2 business days in advance to receive a full refund or retain the purchase value for a later date or against another project. The cancelation or reschedule must contain the service, service address and the name of the purchaser. Cancelations within 2 business days will not be refunded and can not be rescheduled to a later date.
