Physio or Pilates sessions:

1. Please book within 180 days from the day of purchase.
2. Liz will send you a health screen to complete if she hasn't previously seen you. Please ensure you complete this to ensure your safety. For physio sessions go to my website, book an appointment and use the code at the point of payment, the health screen is within the booking process.
3. You can only book a Physio package of 3 if you have already attended for physiotherapy assessment (The Mummy MOT, Pregnancy Pitstop or Womens Health Physio session).

Vouchers:

1. Vouchers are redeemable for 180 days from the day of purchase.
2. They are non-refundable.
