I further understand that the student must have either a VALID California DMV permit or approved driver license as defined by the State of California in order to operate a motor vehicle and attend my driving course. The student forfeits the appointment if they do not have the proper legal documentation at the start of the appointment. The lesson will be charged in full for the time reserved.
