Class passes can be used for classes, the more classes you buy the cheaper each class becomes.

Gift cards can be use for both treatments and classes, though the classes are at the full price rate.

Gift cards last for a year from date of purchase.

Gift Cards and Classes passes are not refundable.

• Passes contains a maximum number of classes

• 5 class passes are valid for 6 weeks, 10 class passes are valid for lasts 11 weeks (starting from day of purchase).

• If a class is cancelled, the pass will automatically be put back on your account.

• You must cancel a class no later than 24 hours notice, to have the pass back onto your account.

To book on to classes using your “Be Well” Pass, or to redeem a “Gift Card” against a class or a treatment, simply type your email address (the one used to purchase the pass) in the Redeem Coupon section when booking a class on our website www.wellbath.co.uk, or use the coupon code that is emailed to you.
