Model Release

Serene Bedlam Photography retains the copyright of all original images and reserves the right to use and reproduce them to promote the business including but not limited to social and print media. If you have specific exclusions to this please note them in the comments section below.

As a client of Serene Bedlam Photography, you understand that the images captured are protected by copyright laws and that you will not make ANY copies or reproductions in any form (print or electronic) without the express written permission of Serene Bedlam Photography.

Policies

• Your session fee is due prior to your photography session. This payment can be made via Paypal at the time of booking, via direct deposit or credit card/debit Mastercard or Visa over the phone (2% surcharge applies). If you do not make a payment at the time of booking an invoice will be emailed to you, please ensure this is paid prior to your booked Photography Session.

• Your session fee includes an approximately 60 minute photo session and at least 1 low res watermarked sample image (not suitable for printing). Photographs taken at the session can be purchased at your Photograph Viewing Session. Additional products (iceblocks, canvases, prints and framed prints etc.) can be ordered for additional cost.

• Please bring only the people being photographed to the session. Use of your own camera, camcorder or recording device is NOT permitted during the session.

• Sample images may be provided between the photography session and the viewing session (eg on Facebook). These images will be low resolution and watermarked. You are welcomed and encouraged to share the images on social media but you may not crop or remove the watermark, edit the photo in any way and they are not suitable for printing.

Viewing Session

• Please choose a Viewing Session Date & Time from the Booking Page. Ensure that this is more than 7 days after your photography session. If you cannot book on the page please contact me directly on either the Serene Bedlam Facebook page or via email sarah@serenebedlam.com to ensure we can find a mutually suitable time.

• Images can be selected at your viewing session. Photographs displayed will be processed and ready for purchase however if you wish to make changes (eg fix imperfections in clothing or blemishes) please communicate these changes at this session.

• You will be presented with no fewer than five images from your session. Although many more images will be recorded, any images with closed eyes, motion blur, or that does not meet quality standards will not be shown. Serene Bedlam Photography will only show the best images for consideration.

• Be sure to inspect your images very carefully. Once the images and products are ordered all sales are final.

Cancellations

• If you need to reschedule your session please contact me as soon as possible to arrange an alternate time. There are no rescheduling fees unless a photography session is rescheduled more than twice, at which point it may be considered a cancellation, at the Photographer’s discretion.

• If you do not arrive at your session (more than 30 min late) and do not make any attempt to contact us (phone, email, facebook messenger etc) to let us know you will not be attending then your deposit may be forfeited.

• If a session is cancelled (not rescheduled) more than 7 days prior to the booking 50% of the Session fee will be forfeited and the remainder will be refunded. If the session is cancelled less than 7 days prior the entire amount may be forfeited with no refund given.
