No Excessive Talking (this could result in lash pads slipping)
No Talking on Phone
ABSOLUTELY NO EYE MAKEUP or RESIDUE (ie Mascara, Concealer, Strip Lash Glue, Eyeliner, Eyeshadow, etc)
Bring a picture of the look you want

24 Hour Cancellation Policy:

We understand that sometimes it is necessary to reschedule or cancel appointments. Therefore, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time and we will gladly reschedule your reservation for you. If you reschedule or cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment time, you will be charged 50% of the full price of all scheduled services and 100% for no shows.

Please understand that when you forget about or cancel your appointment, without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget. Because the service is reserved for you PERSONALLY, a CANCELLATION fee will apply.
