I release Vibrant Life Yoga and Healing Arts and its owners, teachers, employees, clients and agents, and hold them from any and all liability arising out of any personal injuries or damages, foreseeable or unforeseeable, which may occur as a result of my participation in any class, program, activity or healing arts session sponsored or provided by Vibrant Life Yoga and Healing Arts, Vibrant Life Studio and Deborah Anne, LLC.. I understand that these sessions, training and/or support are not intended as a diagnosis, treatment, prescription or cure for any disease, mental or physical, and is not intended as a substitute for regular medical care. I affirm that I take full responsibility to determine whether it is safe for me to participate in yoga practice and wellness sessions. I have informed Vibrant Life Studio of all my known physical and medical conditions, and will keep Vibrant Life Studio informed of any changes. I give Vibrant Life Studio permission to use my image or testimonial for education or promotion purposes. All class packs and packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
