Delivery: Sessions/Materials will be delivered electronically and via video calls or FB messenger except for local live events. Emails will be sent to the email submitted to the company.

Refunds/Returns: All sales are final.

Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours, NO-SHOW and 15 minutes late forfeits your session and payment unless it's genuine emergency situation. If you're late into the session, you will only get the remaining amount of time for your session.

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada applicable to contracts entered into and fully performed here.
