Payments & Refunds All payments are to be made in advance at the time of booking.
All payments are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Jen Wilson Fitness does not offer refunds for any missed sessions. However, you do have the option of carrying over a limited number of sessions (PT only) and for Buggyfit classes, you can use any missed sessions at a different class location within the expiry date of your class pass (see below)
CancellationIn the event of a class cancellation due to instructor sickness or any other reason out of Jen Wilson Fitness Control a replacement class will be added on a day, time and location decided by Jen Wilson Fitness.
In the event of cancellation of a PT session due to instructor sickness or any other reason out of Jen Wilson Fitness Control a replacement session will be arranged at a mutually convenient time for both parties.
In the event of a class cancellation for any outdoor sessions, due to extreme weather conditions (severe gales/ice/snow) a replacement session will be offered on a day, time and location decided by Jen Wilson Fitness.
How to Book
Upon purchasing your Class Pass you will receive a confirmation message. In this confirmation message there is a link to 'Schedule' your appointments. Please follow this link which will take you to a calendar where you can select the dates you would like to attend. You will notice that some dates are unavailable, these dates are when Jen Wilson Fitness is unavailable during half term holidays / annual leave.
PLEASE FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS WHEN SELECTING YOUR DATES:
WHEN SELECTING THE DATES ON THE CALENDAR, PLEASE SELECT INDIVIDUALLY BY CLICKING ON A DATE AND ADD TIME (RATHER THAN SELECTING THE RECURRING OPTION) AS THIS WILL ENABLE YOU TO SEE THE WEEKS WHEN SESSIONS AREN'T RUNNING DURING HALF TERM / ANNUAL LEAVE.
BUGGYFIT ONLYEvery mum should be given permission to commence exercising by her Health Care Providers at the 6-8 week check up. If you haven't had your 6-8 week post natal check and been given the all clear to commence an exercise programme then please return to your booking after this has been done. Please note: you need to be 12 weeks post c section before attending a class.
I WOULD STRONGLY ADVISE THE FOLLOWING:
1. THAT YOU BOOK ALL YOUR SESSIONS AS SOON AS YOU HAVE MADE PAYMENT AND RECEIVED YOUR CODE AS EACH PASS HAS AN EXPIRY DATE AS DETAILED BELOW, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO USE ANY OF YOUR ALLOCATED SESSIONS AFTER THE EXPIRY DATE.
2. THAT YOU REGISTER AN ACCOUNT. This makes it much easier for your to access your details and amend an appointment should you need to change a date. You will see an option to 'log in' on the Bookings Page of the website. If you don't want to register then PLEASE keep your confirmation email in a SAFE PLACE so that you have access to your booking code and booking link should you need to change an appointment at a later date.
****SUMMER SALE IMPORTANT INFORMATION***If you are purchasing a class pass in the SUMMER SALE then the pass will be valid for 8 weeks from week commencing Monday 9th September so will expire week ending 1st November 2019****
6 Week Class Pass You have 8 Weeks to use your 6 sessions, the pass expires 8 weeks from date of purchase.
