I acknowledge that I will need to complete a mandatory Shop Orientation before I am able to use the facility. Further, I understand that my continued membership at MakerPlace is contingent upon my adherence to the policies and guidelines covered in the membership agreement. I am aware that some machinery may require completion of a BOS class before I am able to access such equipment for an additional cost.
