Subscriptions

By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions: The subscriptions entitle you to a discounted price for the service. Failure to pay the monthly subscription within 7 days of the due date will result in cancellation of your subscription. In such cases, you will be charged the amount equivalent to the monthly subscription to cover the discounted treatment you received.

Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know 48 hours in advance. You can change the appointment online (via email confirmation) or contact the clinic for assistance. This courtesy allows us to accommodate other clients waiting for an appointment. Failure to provide at least 48 hours' notice will result in a cancellation fee to cover the loss of revenue and applicable tray fee.

Rescheduling Policy:

If you need to reschedule your appointment, there is a maximum 30-day window from the original appointment date to reschedule. Only two rescheduled changes per appointment are accepted to serve our clients on a waiting list. Please be courteous of our and others' time.

Refund Policy:

We do not offer refunds on subscription fees and services, services rendered, and/or services partly used. We do not offer refunds on gift cards and packages after 30 days of purchase. Any requests for refunds made after the first purchase will be subject to a fee equal to 25% of the total value of the service. This fee is necessary to cover the various expenses incurred during the booking and administration process and the loss of revenue that may result from processing a refund.

Appointment Rescheduling and Refusal of Treatment:

MayAllure Inc. reserves the right to reschedule your appointment and refuse treatment if the technician/management sees fit. Prices are subject to change at any time.

Arrival Time:

Please arrive on time for your appointment, as even a 10-minute late arrival can result in the cancellation of the appointment. We value your time and expect that you respect ours.

Business Hours:

Our business hours are Monday to Thursday, 10 am to 6 pm, and Friday from 10 am to 5.30 pm. We are closed on weekends and public holidays.
