Terms and Conditions for Spray Tanning Packages & VIP Membership.

**Package Terms and Conditions:**

1. **Validity:**

- The purchased packages have an indefinite validity period. The visits associated with the packages will never expire.

2. **Non-Transferable:**

- Packages are non-transferable and intended solely for the use of the original purchaser. Sharing, resale, or transfer of packages to any third party is strictly prohibited.

3. **Individual Use:**

- Each package is intended for individual use only. The benefits and services included in the package are non-shareable and should not be used by anyone other than the original purchaser.

4. **Abuse of Privileges:**

- Any attempt to abuse, manipulate, or exploit the terms of the package, including unauthorized sharing, may result in the immediate termination of the package without a refund.

5. **Visit Upgrades:**

- Customers may inquire about visit upgrades, and any applicable fees or conditions will be communicated accordingly.

**VIP Membership Terms and Conditions**

1. **Membership Commitment:** By subscribing to the Monthly VIP Membership, you agree to a minimum commitment of three (3) months.

2. **Monthly Fee:** A recurring monthly fee will be automatically deducted from your provided payment method on the same day each month for the duration of the three-month commitment and will continue until you cance.

3. **Payment Authorization:** You authorize us to charge the designated monthly fee to the payment method provided during the initial subscription process.

4. **Cancellation Policy:** Early termination of the three-month commitment will result in applicable fees. Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 30 days before the desired cancellation date.

5. **Renewal:** After the initial three-month commitment, your membership will automatically renew on a month-to-month basis unless you choose to cancel. Renewals will continue to be processed on the same day each month.

6. **Fee Adjustments:** We reserve the right to adjust the monthly fee with a 30-day notice. Any changes in fees will not affect the current six-month commitment but will be applicable to subsequent renewals.

7. **Membership Benefits:** As a VIP member, you will have access to exclusive benefits and services outlined in our VIP program documentation.

8. **Personal Information:** Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy, available on our website.
