The options are valid for specific period of validity as stated above from the date of purchase. Period.
The remaining credits can be rolled over to a new option within the validity. For eg. if you have $32 remaining from your package, you can roll over the credit, before the expiry date. This is with the exception of First Step
Sharing of the options with family and friends is possible (except First Step, Calm) but you have to be around when you invite your family and friends with you, just so you're a good host! Pls only choose that one special family/friend per package. No sharing for any of the private therapy packages.
Cancellation/refund of the packages are not allowed once payment is completed.
First step is only available once to newcomers to our healing space.
Purchasing them for family and friends is a great way to spread the love ! We provide a nice gift voucher that you can use to write a lovely message and send it via post. Yes, we prefer to be a little 'old school' and it's nice to receive snail mail once in a while!
We aim to be as transparent as possible in the prices and options, but if any further clarity in communication is needed, please email connect@exhale.com.sg.

If you prefer not to go with the options, you can do single drop-ins for the sessions. Prices and cancellation policies are indicated clearly and if you ever have questions, please do ask.
