HOW DOES THIS WORK?!?

* When you visit this site, you are saying “Yes! TOTALLY!” to the terms and conditions.

* Payments/Refunds: For lessons and drop in sessions, you pay at the time of booking and your payment reserves your time. There are no refunds unless extreme illness or death. Payments are due at the time of booking. Harsh? Maybe. Incentive for you to show up? Absolutely! Emergencies will be handled on a case by case basis.

* Cancellations by the teacher will be offered a reschedule followed by a credit if a new session time cannot be agreed upon.

PUNCHCARDS & INTRODUCTORY PACKAGES

* Punchcards come in increments of 30, 45 and 60 minutes depending on the teacher. Punchcard & Introductory Package holders may reschedule ONE lesson out of every punchcard/package. Sessions must be canceled at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled appointment session to qualify for a reschedule.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

* If this is a gift certificate, please list the recipient's name in the "Notes to Business". Gift Certificates are good for 6 months after purchase. There are no refunds or credits for gift certificates.

TUITION STUDENTS - READ CAREFULLY!

* Tuition payments are due on the 1st of each month and entered cards will be automatically charged on the 1st of each month. If you wish to discontinue lessons, 3 weeks notice must be given to stop payment on the account. Students on tuition must sign the SVA studio policies found here: https://forms.gle/Jb3CjBU7WQvNhY3t5

* If payment has run for the current month, there is no refund for that month. 3 weeks notice to the 1st of the month MUST be given to stop payment. There are no exceptions to this policy except extreme illness or death.

COVID Addendum

Any students unable to attend lessons due to COVID will be allowed to reschedule lessons when they are recovered. Masks are optional in the studio. Families and students should continue to make masking decisions based on their own levels of risk and comfort. Purchase of any package acknowledges that due to the current pandemic you will not attend classes if you, your family, or your child 1) are experiencing any symptoms such as fever, cough, sore throat, etc 2) have been in contact with anyone testing positive for COVID-19 within 2 weeks of class. You commit to notifying the studio immediately of any positive cases in your family or possible exposure to the studio. You acknowledge the risk of attending in person classes, and will not hold Solstice Vocal Arts, LLC, or its agents liable if exposed or contract COVID-19 at the studio. Students will be notified immediately of any outbreak or exposure incidents at SVA.
