Please Note: All packages have a set number of sessions and an expiration date. The expiration date will be calculated by the purchase date of your program package. It is understood that packages are finished when sessions have been completed and/or the expiration date occurs. In case of a lengthy illness, packages will be extended for two weeks. If a longer period of time is needed a doctors' note will be required. All situations will be reviewed individually. Vacation times etc. will be handled with prior notification on an individual basis.

Each class needs a minimum of two participants. If there is only one participant registered for a given session, that participant may be asked to attend another session . This will be implemented at the discretion of Prime Performance staff.

Cancelation Policy: 24 hrs in advance for training and group sessions, 36 hrs for private sessions. Sorry, No refunds.
