This is your order, you must now book your class after your order purchase. When booking your credit, there are no last minute bookings or changes. You must book your class credit at least 8 hours in advance before class starts.
How do I reschedule my class appointment? Please look at your class confirmation email. At the bottom of your email you'll find the rescheduling option. Rescheduling a class must be done at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling within 48 hours is considered a forfeit credit.
Student must wear swimming cap & goggles (recommended) while in session. If a student is not wearing a swimming cap he/she may not be able to join the class. A swimming cap can be purchased on the pool deck for $10 each. For students in parent and child classes, only the adult needs to wear the swimming cap. No swimming goggles in parent & child needed. Please bring a lock to put away your belongings in the locker room area. SWIMURBAN is not responsible for lost items.

If you have any questions or feedback please speak to a DECK COORDINATOR when you are on pool deck. For safety and policy reasons, DO NOT approach or talk to instructors. Instructors must start & end classes on time. There is no exchanging contact information or external communication with SWIM URBAN instructors.
