I understand there is an inherent risk associated with any exercise program including my voluntary participation in yoga that may result in injury.

I acknowledge that I have had a physical examination and have been given permission from my physician to participate in a yoga based exercise program. I certify that I am physically well and suffering from no medical problems that would prevent my participation in an exercise/yoga program.

I waive and release Red Earth Yoga Center and Waleah Norton from any and all liability and responsibility from injury or accident while participating in his/her exercise/yoga program.

Packages may not be shared. It is our policy to NOT refund money for unused packages. All packages have a 3-month expiration.
